Secluded Arkansas Cabins
Coulter Farmstead is a wedding, event and lodging venue that features four secluded cabins in Arkansas dating to the 1840's that have been painstakingly renovated, as well as, an 1860's Greek Revival style main house situated on 11 acres with a barn and an 1880's general store. Coulter Farmstead is located on the edge of Washington State Park "Old Washington" located just a few miles from Hope and Texarkana. Our venue is authentic and will make you feel as though you have stepped back in time, but with all the modern conveniences and amenities. Come relax in one of the cabins, or have the perfect wedding in the barn, general store or under the stars anywhere on this beautiful property. Whichever you decide, our venue is the picture of rustic beauty. It is our hope that you and your guests will feel comfortable and right at home whether for a relaxing getaway or on your wedding day, as you make memories to cherish for a lifetime.
Amazing place for a family to stay!!
It’s a stunning location, all of the historic houses on the farmstead are gorgeous. The hosts were exceptionally accommodating and helpful. The mercantile has frozen home cooked meals you can purchase and take back to your house to eat. This is truly a fantastic stay, especially for a family.

The Coulter House is an 1860's Greek Revival style house situated on 11 acres adjacent to Washington State Park in Old Washington, AR. Rich in Arkansas history, this house has been lovingly restored with modern amenities while maintaining its history. The owners, Justice and Katie West, lives on property in this house and is looking forward to your visit to Coulter Farmstead.
The 1880s General Store on the Coulter Farmstead was moved to this location from a town in Arkansas. It is a multi-functional venue for a wedding, party or a meeting. We provide tables and chairs for the perfect event. Catering can be arranged through Coulter Farmstead.

One of our three secluded cabins in Arkansas. All the log cabins were taken apart and moved to this site and painstakingly pieced back together. They all have modern conveniences that were unavailable in the 1840s but maintain the integrity of the original buildings. Come relax in front of the fire or on the porch.
